Exhibit booths for the October conference are SOLD OUT! 

We are holding a couple of booths in reserve for those who purchase high level sponsorships, all of which will come with an 8’ x 10’ booth. If you are interested in any of the sponsorships listed below combined with a booth, please call 866-930-1209. 

⚠️ Important Requirements — Please Read Before Registering

Business Partner Membership is Required

To register as an exhibitor or sponsor, your company must be a current NYSSFA Business Partner Member in good standing.

  • If your company is not yet a member, you must join or renew before registering.
  • Registrations submitted without an active Business Partner Membership will be canceled. 
     

Booth Staff Registration is Required

As part of the exhibitor process, you must also register all booth staff separately:

Note: Tickets for the Tuesday night banquet are not included and must be purchased separately.
 

Looking to join us on the course as well?

The Fred Hack Memorial Golf Tournament will take place in conjunction with the conference. Please note that golf tournament registration is separate and not included with conference registration. Click here to register.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation or adjustments made by the Sponsor or the Exhibitor for contracted sponsorships and/or contracted booth space after September 2 will not be refunded. All cancellations or adjustments made prior to September 2 must be confirmed in writing and forwarded to sfmi@nyssfa.com or faxed to (518) 465-0579.
